Our vision is a future where women, particularly women of colour are at the forefront of social, economic, and political change, and where their contributions and achievements are recognized and celebrate

Our mission is to create a supportive community for women and girls particularly those from black and immigrant communities and to provide resources, guidance and opportunities to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Women

Our Networking and information sessions provide invaluable opportunities for black women to connect learn and empower one another. By facilitating dialogue, sharing resources and fostering collaboration, these sessions cultivate a supportive community and promote personal and professional growth.

Financial literacy plays a pivotal role in social integration. Providing black women with the knowledge and skills to manage finances cultivates independence, enabling them to participate in economic opportunities and ultimately enhances their social inclusion and overall well-being.

Mental health, wellbeing and self-care are crucial for black women’s holistic wellness. Addressing systemic disparities and providing culturally competent support services are essential. By Empowering black women in prioritizing self-care, accessing mental health resources and engaging in physical exercises fosters resilience, self-compassion and overall wellbeing, contributing to thriving individuals and vibrant communities

Seniors

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service to others.
Come and join our dedicated team of volunteers and be a catalyst for change.

Our socialization platforms provide spaces for diverse voices to connect engage and empower one another. Through meetings, events and workshops, we foster dialogue, collaboration and collective action towards positive social change and unity.

Our Workshops are meant to foster intergenerational exchange of knowledge

Awareness plays a pivotal role in tackling complex social issues. We acknowledge the unique challenges encountered by black women and seniors. By prioritizing education, advocacy, and dialogue, we ignite action, foster empathy, and propel significant change towards building a fairer and more inclusive society.

Customized routine exercise activities that are tailored to suit the individual needs and abilities of seniors, taking into account any existing health conditions or limitations.

The licenced Instructors ensures that exercises are performed correctly to reduce the risk of injury. They can also provide modifications for exercises to accommodate any physical limitations.

Having a scheduled exercise program and activity with an instructor motivates seniors to stick to their fitness routine. It also provides encouragement and support, helping seniors stay committed to their goals.

New comers

Social integration is vital for fostering belonging and well-being. By facilitating connections, providing support, and promoting cultural exchange, we create inclusive communities where diversity is celebrated and valued..

Volunteerism offers an opportunity to integrate into the community, build networks and gain valuable skills while contributing to meaningful causes and making a positive impact on society.Top of Form

By providing guidance on services, rights and cultural norms, we empower newcomers to thrive and integrate successfully into society.

For newcomers, a sense of belonging is crucial for their overall well-being. We foster and nurture a sense of belonging, of camaraderie and support to new immigrants with a welcoming environment. Newcomers quickly become part of this community, forming connections with others who share similar goals and interests.
